Checks to make while safely parked

1. 1Stop the interruptionFinish the call or voice-message session on the phone while safely parked. Check that the audio app is actually playing rather than paused by another app.
2. 2Check the phone outputChoose the vehicle’s Bluetooth audio output in the phone’s normal audio controls. On phones that expose separate call and media permissions, verify media playback is permitted.
3. 3Select the car’s media sourceUse the infotainment media controls or steering-wheel Mode button to return to the connected phone’s source. Check mute and volume at both ends at a moderate level.
4. 4Re-pair only if necessaryIf the vehicle no longer connects, use Bluetooth Call → Connect → Available devices and compare the pairing codes. Recheck music separately after the connection is restored.
