How to turn off the reverse-linked rear wiper in a 2024 Ford Escape

THE QUICK ANSWER
Reverse wipe operates the rear wiper when Reverse is selected while the windshield wipers are on. The touchscreen has a separate Rear Wiper On (when in Reverse) setting for that automatic link. Normal manual rear-wiper operation remains a different control.
