A paired phone still needs the correct audio source selected. Open Sources and choose Bluetooth, then start playback on the connected phone. This separates a source-selection issue from a complete pairing failure.

Step by step

1Check the phone connectionMake sure the intended phone is paired and connected. If another phone is active, choose the one containing your music.
2Choose Bluetooth audioOpen the audio section on the feature bar, select Sources and choose Bluetooth.
3Start playbackPlay a track from an audio app on the phone, then use the vehicle play/pause or track controls as supported.
4Check levelsIf the track advances silently, check the phone media volume and the vehicle audio volume while the Bluetooth source is selected.
