How to turn on the heated seats in a Volvo EX60
Check which seat you are controlling before selecting a heat level. Front-seat comfort controls and the rear-seat climate page are reached differently, so the right starting symbol matters.
Checked against the US EX60 2027 manual on 27 October 2026. Match the controls to your car and use its current in-car instructions if a software update changes the screen.
For a front seat, press its seat symbol in the bottom bar and choose a heating level. For rear-seat controls in the center display, press the fan symbol and choose Rear.
Choose the correct seat and suitable heat level
Make the adjustment while parked. Volvo warns against seat-heater use by people who cannot reliably sense temperature changes or control the heat settings. Check the intended occupant’s needs instead of switching every seat to the highest level.
Use the seat’s comfort controls
Tick steps as you go. Your progress stays in this tab.
Rear passengers can use their own controls
Rear-seat passengers also have heating controls on the panel behind the center console. If heating starts automatically in cold weather, check the automatic-activation choice in climate settings before treating it as an unexpected fault.
Common questions
