The wireless charging pad has a display setting that must be enabled before use. Open the vehicle controls and turn on Wireless device charging. This option applies only to vehicles equipped with the wireless charger; it cannot add missing charging hardware.

Step by step

1Open vehicle settingsTap the car icon in the bottom bar, then open Settings.
2Locate the charger toggleSelect Controls → More → Wireless device charging. Check that your display offers the option.
3Enable chargingTurn the charger on. If it was disabled, it must be enabled before the charging pad can be used. Return to the same setting if you want to disable it later.
