How to open the Kia EV4 sunroof and sunshade
An equipped EV4 uses different sunroof-switch movements for tilting and sliding. Knowing the first and second detents helps you choose between a partial operation and moving the roof and shade together.

Push the switch upward to tilt the glass. Move it rearward to slide open or forward to close; the first and second detents have different effects on the glass and powered sunshade.
Before you start
Park with the opening clear and check the fitted equipment. Use POWER ON or DRIVE READY. Do not operate the roof with roof bars or luggage installed.
