Sentry uses energy, cannot detect every threat and is unavailable in Low Power Mode.

With suitable USB storage and Dashcam enabled, switch Sentry Mode on from Controls while parked.

Step by step

1Prepare recordingInsert the compatible formatted USB drive and enable Dashcam in Controls > Safety.
2Enable SentryWhile in Park, choose Controls > Sentry Mode > On.
3Check the statusConfirm the Sentry indicator is red before leaving and locking the car.
