How to enable automatic climate control in a Zeekr 7X

Chinese owner report: context, not a diagnosis

The owner asks why fan speed seemed unchanged when changing temperature and questions what automatic climate means. This is an individual report or discussion, not evidence of a widespread defect. The checks below concern the European export car; they do not establish what caused the Chinese owner’s symptom.

Before you start

Park while learning the controls and check that the relevant climate zone is on. Reducing the fan to zero turns the climate function off.

Follow the export-car controls

1. 1Open climate controlsPress the temperature or fan symbol at the bottom of the centre display. Confirm the whole climate system is switched on.
2. 2Choose Auto modeSet an appropriate cabin temperature and activate Auto. The European manual says this adjusts fan speed, airflow temperature and distribution automatically.
3. 3Review zone settingsCheck the front passenger and rear settings. Use Sync if you want matching temperatures instead of separate zone values.

Check the result

Allow the cabin to respond rather than judging the entire system from one fan-speed change. The China owner’s account is a question about perceived behaviour, not proof that export automatic climate lacks temperature control. Persistent poor cooling or unusual airflow should be assessed separately.
