How to use Fast cooling in a Zeekr 7X

Chinese owner report: context, not a diagnosis

The owner says the cabin did not cool as expected in sun despite a low temperature setting. This is an individual report or discussion, not evidence of a widespread defect. The checks below concern the European export car; they do not establish what caused the Chinese owner’s symptom.

Before you start

Use the controls while parked and check that passengers are comfortable. A persistently hot cabin does not establish whether the cause is a setting or a component fault.

Follow the export-car controls

1. 1Open the climate interfacePress the temperature or fan symbol in the bottom toolbar and confirm the climate system is on.
2. 2Select the cooling controlChoose Fast cooling, the manual’s mode for lowering cabin temperature as quickly as possible. Review the separate air-conditioner control.
3. 3Check energy-saving modeReview Eco. The manual says it reduces cooling and dehumidification; assess whether that trade-off matches your current need.

Check the airflow and cabin response. The official page gives no universal cooldown time, so do not use a forum measurement as a required performance figure. If correctly selected cooling remains ineffective, report the ambient conditions and behaviour to service; do not attempt refrigerant work based on replies.
