How to share a Zeekr 7X with a second driver

Give the second driver their own authorised access before sorting out seating preferences. Sharing the car and selecting a driving-position memory are separate operations.

Checked against the official European English MY2025 7X online manual on 27 October 2026. China-market apps, hardware and OTA versions differ. Match your car’s display and equipment; the Chinese report supplies context, while the manufacturer manual supplies the procedure.

THE QUICK ANSWER

The owner sends an invitation through Vehicle and software version → Share vehicle in the Zeekr app. The recipient opens it in Notifications and follows the prompts within 24 hours.

Chinese owner report: context, not a diagnosis

A reply reports the wrong driver seating settings being restored and rain-wiper sensitivity seeming different after updates. This is an individual report or discussion, not evidence of a widespread defect. The checks below concern the European export car; they do not establish what caused the Chinese owner’s symptom.

Before you start

Both people need the Zeekr app and their own Zeekr accounts. Keep existing working keys available until the recipient has successfully checked access.

Follow the export-car controls

Tick steps as you go. Your progress stays in this tab.

Check the result

Check the second driver’s access without deleting the owner’s profile as an improvised workaround. The owner can later select the user under Share vehicle and choose Stop sharing. A secondary user can revoke only their own access.

Common questions

Will sharing automatically copy my seating position?+

This procedure establishes account access. Driver profiles and saved position preferences have their own controls.

What if the invitation expires?+

Use the app’s sharing flow again rather than relying on an invitation outside its documented 24-hour acceptance period.

SOURCES & SCOPE

Where this guide comes from

Operating steps are checked against manufacturer documentation; Chinese owner discussions are labelled as anecdotal reports. They identify questions, not the prevalence or cause of a fault. Reviewed on 27 October 2026. This is a source-based guide, not a claim of hands-on vehicle testing.
