How to check and switch the driver profile in a Zeekr 7X

Check whose profile is active before adjusting a seat that unexpectedly recalls another person’s position. Automatic identification and saved preferences are related, but different, settings.

CHECK YOUR CAR2025 Zeekr 7X · Europe English online manual · Long Range RWD reference

Checked against the official European English MY2025 7X online manual on 27 October 2026. China-market apps, hardware and OTA versions differ. Match your car’s display and equipment; the Chinese report supplies context, while the manufacturer manual supplies the procedure.

THE QUICK ANSWER

Open User center on the centre display. Select an available profile if passwordless login is enabled, or scan the displayed QR code with the Zeekr app to log in.

Chinese owner report: context, not a diagnosis

A reply reports the wrong driver seating settings being restored and rain-wiper sensitivity seeming different after updates. This is an individual report or discussion, not evidence of a widespread defect. The checks below concern the European export car; they do not establish what caused the Chinese owner’s symptom.

Before you start

Park with space for the seat to move. Keep clear of moving mechanisms and check the driving position before setting off.

Follow the export-car controls

Tick steps as you go. Your progress stays in this tab.

Check the result

A successful login recalls saved seat, steering wheel, HUD and mirror positions. The manual allows up to three position preferences per account. If incorrect recall continues, document the selected account and login method for support; a forum report does not establish that deleting another user is a reliable fix.

Common questions

Why do the mirrors move when I change profiles?+

The manual includes side-mirror position among the settings recalled after profile login.

Must both drivers use facial recognition?+

No. The manual describes multiple login methods and limits facial-recognition login to the owner.

SOURCES & SCOPE

Where this guide comes from

Operating steps are checked against manufacturer documentation; Chinese owner discussions are labelled as anecdotal reports. They identify questions, not the prevalence or cause of a fault. Reviewed on 27 October 2026. This is a source-based guide, not a claim of hands-on vehicle testing.
