How to use ventilated front seats in a Kia EV2

Seat ventilation has its own airflow levels. On an equipped EV2, use its seat control rather than expecting a change in cabin temperature to select the seat-airflow setting.

THE QUICK ANSWER

Press the front-seat ventilation button to select airflow. Repeated presses cycle OFF → High → Medium → Low → OFF; check the control’s indicator for the selected level.

Before you change the setting

Confirm that the seat-ventilation equipment is fitted. Configure the comfort setting while parked. Keep the seat surface clear of sharp or heavy objects, and clean up any spilled liquid before operating ventilation.

Work through the controls

Tick steps as you go. Your progress stays in this tab.

Check the result

If a drink or water has spilled on the seat, dry it completely before using the function. Kia also cautions against solvents and objects that can damage the seat. A control that is absent from your car is an equipment question, not proof that an infotainment reset is needed.
