Leapmotor C10 phone key not detected: permissions and reset checks

Before you start

Keep the supplied working NFC card with you and perform the checks while parked. Phone-key authentication is separate from pairing a phone for calls or music. Do not delete the vehicle binding or your only functioning key.

What to check

1Check the phoneSwitch Bluetooth on. For the Leapmotor app, allow location as specified by the manual, including precise location on iOS and background/self-start operation where your phone offers it.
2Select the registered vehicleSign in to the official app, open My Car, select your own C10 and open the Bluetooth key control. Enable the key and wait for a connection beside the vehicle.
3Try the documented reset if neededIf the key remains undetected, keep the car stationary and your backup card available. Hold the driver-door-handle button for more than 20 seconds, then try the key again.
4Verify once before relying on itCheck unlocking and locking with the phone beside the car. Confirm the actual door state; retain the backup card if recognition is intermittent.
