Leapmotor C10 Bluetooth will not connect: check the phone pairing

A failed music or call connection needs a different check from a failed digital key. Begin with the Bluetooth device screen in the car.

Checked against the English BEV manual linked below. China-market reports identify the owner question; they do not establish an export defect, a recall or a guaranteed fix. Match the handbook and equipment in your car, and follow current on-screen instructions where software differs.

THE QUICK ANSWER

While parked, open Bluetooth from the top bar, enable Bluetooth in both the C10 infotainment system and your phone, then search and pair the correct devices. If the car’s Bluetooth control itself will not enable, document that separately for service.

The China-market owner report

A C10 owner lists intermittent pairing failures and an infotainment Bluetooth switch that sometimes cannot be turned on. The post contains several symptoms and unverified replies; it does not identify a confirmed faulty part.

Before you start

Keep the vehicle parked throughout pairing. Have the phone unlocked and identify your own car in the device list instead of accepting an unrelated nearby vehicle.

What to check

Tick steps as you go. Your progress stays in this tab.

Check the result

The manual says the last paired device reconnects at the next startup. Confirm which phone was last used if a second driver’s device takes priority; this is not evidence that the digital key is broken.

Common questions

Must I change the Bluetooth-key permissions for music?+

The authenticated app key and infotainment phone connection are different functions.

Should I factory-reset the car first?+

A full reset is not the starting step for a pairing problem and may remove settings.

Where this guide comes from

Operating steps are checked against manufacturer documentation; Chinese owner discussions are labelled as anecdotal reports. They identify questions, not the prevalence or cause of a fault. Reviewed on 27 October 2026. This is a source-based guide, not a claim of hands-on vehicle testing.
