Leapmotor C10 music will not resume after a Bluetooth call

When a call ends but music stays silent, check the active source and playback before treating it as a speaker fault.

Checked against the English BEV manual linked below. China-market reports identify the owner question; they do not establish an export defect, a recall or a guaranteed fix. Match the handbook and equipment in your car, and follow current on-screen instructions where software differs.

THE QUICK ANSWER

Confirm the call has ended, keep the phone connected and reopen Bluetooth music in the car. Try its play control and media volume. If the interface remains stuck, the manual provides Restart MMI under Settings → System → Maintenance for use while parked.

The China-market owner report

A November 2025 China-market C10 question reports music failing to return after a call and says a restart temporarily restores it. That is one owner’s observation, not proof of an export-software fix.

Before you start

Park before working through the menus. MMI restart is different from maintenance power-off; the latter is intended for emergency/repair situations and is not the control to use here.

What to check

Tick steps as you go. Your progress stays in this tab.

Check the result

A successful restart only shows that playback recovered on that occasion. Repeated loss after calls needs a software or compatibility investigation, even if music returns temporarily.

Common questions

Does changing music apps prove a vehicle fault?+

No. Several apps may share the same Bluetooth audio route.

Will restarting MMI erase all settings?+

The manual describes an interface restart; do not substitute the separate factory-restore command.

SOURCES & SCOPE

Where this guide comes from

Operating steps are checked against manufacturer documentation; Chinese owner discussions are labelled as anecdotal reports. They identify questions, not the prevalence or cause of a fault. Reviewed on 27 October 2026. This is a source-based guide, not a claim of hands-on vehicle testing.
