This does not reset the odometer. Battery interruption can also erase trip records.

On the Type A cluster, use INFO to display TRIP A or TRIP B and hold INFO for at least 1.5 seconds to reset that trip and its average economy.

Step by step

1Select the tripWith ignition ON, use INFO to display TRIP A or TRIP B.
2Reset the selected recordHold INFO for 1.5 seconds or longer while that trip is displayed.
3Check the resultVerify the trip has reset. Record any mileage you need before resetting; the matching average economy resets too.
