How to turn on seat massage in a Polestar 5
Where massage is fitted, its programmes are chosen through the seat adjustment view. Select a programme you can recognise before trying a different intensity.
Checked against the UK model-year 2026 Polestar 5 manual on 27 October 2026. Match the display and fitted equipment to your car before following these instructions. Optional comfort features may be absent.
Press the seat-adjustment knob button, select Massage in the centre display and choose the programme and intensity. Select the active programme again to stop early.
Before you start
Park before setting up the function and confirm your seat has massage equipment. A manual describing an optional feature does not confirm it is fitted to every car.

To end the massage before completion, return to the seat view and press the active programme again. The seat adjustment view can also be reached through settings.
