How to connect a Volvo EX60 to Wi-Fi
Have the network name and password ready before opening the car’s connection menu. Confirming the name matters when neighboring networks or a phone hotspot have similar labels.
Checked against the US EX60 2027 manual on 27 October 2026. Match the controls to your car and use its current in-car instructions if a software update changes the screen.
Open vehicle symbol → Connectivity → Wi-Fi, enable Wi-Fi if needed, select the network and enter its password. Press Done to complete the connection.
Use a network you are authorized to join
Make the change while parked and check the network name with its owner or your hotspot settings. Enter the password on the car’s own keyboard; there is no reason to share it in a public support post when asking for help.
Join the chosen network
Tick steps as you go. Your progress stays in this tab.
Check the internet function you needed
The manual says the car connects after those steps. Return to the online function you wanted to use and check its response. If it still fails, note whether the difficulty is joining the network or using one particular app.
Common questions
Is Bluetooth pairing the same as this Wi-Fi connection?+
This procedure selects a Wi-Fi network. Bluetooth phone pairing uses a different menu and confirmation process.
What should I check before entering the password again?+
Confirm that you selected the intended network name and have its current password. Keep credentials out of public troubleshooting messages.
