How to schedule charging hours in a Zeekr 7X

Chinese owner report: context, not a diagnosis

The owner describes a China home-wallbox installation and using scheduled charging and a charge limit. This is an individual report or discussion, not evidence of a widespread defect. The checks below concern the European export car; they do not establish what caused the Chinese owner’s symptom.

Before you start

Park and identify the tariff period you intend to use. Use local electrical and wallbox instructions; a Chinese installation account does not establish European installation requirements.

Follow the export-car controls

1. 1Open the timerOn the centre display, open the car-settings menu → Energy management → Charging → Schedule charging.
2. 2Save both endpointsChoose a start and stop time for the intended charging window, then press Save. Read both values back to catch an accidental wrong-hour choice.
3. 3Check the combined limitsReview the charge-percentage cap and any wallbox or energy-provider schedule. The car must also permit charging when the external system is ready.

Check the result

Verify the saved window before departure and allow enough time for the required energy. A schedule does not guarantee that a particular amount will be added; available AC power, initial charge and other operating conditions still matter. If nothing happens in the allowed period, inspect the session status rather than extending the window blindly.
